The Lagos State University (LASU) shall resume teaching activities after its Senate meets next week to design a new academic calendar, fix a schedule for students to return.   Mr. Sola Fosudo, the Acting Director, Centre for Information, LASU Press and Public Relations Unit, made this known to press in a telephone conversation on December 19, 2013, Thursday. “Technically, the school has resumed since the ASUU strike was suspended , but the senate will be meeting to design the timetable and also choose a date for resumption. “The decision of the Senate will be communicated to all as soon as the meeting is held,” he said. Yes of course, there is a link. Chemistry programme for example, efforts are made to ensure that the contents of 100-level courses are pitched at the exit level of the senior school certificate.
